"Rapid population growth is not the cause, but it’s a consequence of underdevelopment. What we have to do is increase education, mostly to women in underdeveloped area, and provide health and fertility control. This population growth is not only a matter of how many children do we have, but also a problem of high mortality rate, maternal health, risk of under-five child death, and providing good education for all children. Better aducated women and children will lead nation to a better developed country."
